HOW THE HELL DO I FIX THIS I JUST WANNA PLAY THE DAMN GAME. I've tried exiting Steam and restarting, deleting the Steam folder 'appcache', restarting my computer entirely, etc. If I end the task it stops running in the background but otherwise does not fix the issue. I tried to launch it from the Origins application and nothing happened, the "play" button just became unclickable. I went on the Sims website and registered my game and it worked just fine, and it showed up in Origins. If I go into Windows Task Manager it says that the game is running in the background, but there is no way to open it. If I try to launch it again from Steam or the Desktop icon it comes up with an error message saying that the game is already running. This page will be dedicated to showing users what bugs have been found and possible ways to deal with them. After looking through various forums and help sites, it has become clear that The Sims Medieval may have some major ones. I just downloaded this from Steam, it installed fine, I go to launch it, and it has the regular 'first time setup' window pop up, but then it closes and nothing happens. All games have problems, so does The Sims Medieval.
